Crockpot Italian Mozzarella Chicken (4 Ingredients) - Never Ending Journeys

Ingredients

• 4 Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  
• 8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  
• 1 Medium Tomato Sliced
  
• 16 Fresh Basil Leaves
  
• Optional: Salt and Pepper
  

Instructions

• Place 4 chicken breasts in slow cooker, and season with optional Salt and Pepper. Cook chicken on HIGH for 3 hours, 15 minutes.
  
• After 3 hours and 15 minutes, drain and discard juices, and top each chicken breast with 2 large slices of mozzarella cheese.
  
• Continue cooking for 15 more minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove chicken from slow cooker, and top each piece with a tomato slice and fresh basil leaves. ENJOY!
