Easy Oven-Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb small red potatoes, cut into fourths (3/4-inch chunks)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Steps

Heat oven to 425°F. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, mix all ingredients; spread evenly in pan. - 2
Roast uncovered 25 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and browned.
