Jalapeno Barbecue Bacon
Preheat oven to 400°.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Layer bacon over parchment paper.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until almost done but not crisp.
Drain bacon grease into a jar to reserve for another use.
Brush both sides of bacon with Jalapeno Barbecue Sauce.
Return to oven for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from oven and allow bacon to cool 5 minutes.
Make into BLT sandwiches, use it to top your favorite burger or serve with eggs and toast.
